If you continue to browse and use this website and/or apps, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our Privacy Policy govern Kindcody’s relationship with you in relation to this website and/or apps. We recommend that you print a copy of these terms for future reference. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you must not use our site and/or apps.

The content of the pages of this website and/or apps is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you.

Our liability

Kindcody is an organisation that manages self-employed practitioners only and is not the provider of services to the client. The service provider shall at all times be the practitioner. All of our practitioners are self-employed and are regulated by their respective regulatory bodies. Each practitioner has their own set of terms and conditions, and any therapeutic contract will be formed between you and your chosen practitioner.

Kindcody provides the communication platform and administrative services only. Kindcody will not accept liability for any loss or damage resulting from contact or work with the practitioner. Any complaint against the practitioner should be raised with the practitioner in the first instance and, if necessary, escalated to their respective member organisation.  and the Kindcody apps are operated by kindcody Ltd, 82 brook street, Aston Clinton, Hp22 5et, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom.

The practitioners are all regulated by one or more of the following regulators:

  • The British Psychological Society

  • The General Medical Council

  • The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy

  • The British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies

  • The Health and Care Professions Council

  • UK Council for Psychotherapy


We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site and/or apps or to your downloading of any content on it, or on any website and/or app linked to it.


Payment for your sessions will be taken at the time of your booking. Please therefore have your credit card details at hand.


If any appointment is cancelled 48 hours or more before your session, we will refund the full amount paid.  There is no refund for any appointment cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice; this is also the case for any missed sessions. In exceptional circumstances a psychologist may have to cancel your appointment – if this occurs you will receive a full refund for that session.  Please note that if you join any session under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or become abusive, insulting, disruptive or act in an unreasonable manner during the session the psychologist will be entitled to terminate the session and you will remain liable for the payment of the session.

Timing of Sessions

Single booked Sessions will last for 50 minutes. If for any reason you have not available within 10 minutes of the start of the hour session booked, the session will automatically end and will be deemed as a missed session.


The fee for an initial WALK consultation is £10 for 48 hours access to your therapy room. Your counsellor will assess your needs, discuss boundaries and find a suitable counsellor.

The fee for the RUN weekly session is £35 is for 24/7 access to your therapy room. Your counsellor will respond once daily.

The fee for the FLY weekly session is £50 is for 24/7 access to your therapy room. Your counsellor will respond twice daily.

The fee for single session bookings will be priced according to the specific practitioners requirements. From £35 to £80 per 50 minute session.

Access to our site and our apps is made available free of charge, although online consultations are charged for.

We do not guarantee that our site and our apps, or any content on them, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to our site and/or apps is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our site and/or our apps without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason our site and/or apps is unavailable at any time.

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site and/or apps. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site and/or apps through your internet connection are aware of these terms of use and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.

We do not guarantee that our site and/or apps will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access our site and/or apps. You should use your own virus protection software.

You may link to our site and/or apps, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.
